These karate puzzle mats are ideal for standing martial arts and training barefoot. They are lightweight and easy to lay thanks to the puzzle edges. The mats are specially designed for use in martial arts where many standing techniques are practiced, and they are not suitable for use with shoes. Thanks to the dense cell structure, the mats do not absorb moisture, making them easy to clean with a damp cloth and antibacterial cleaning agent.

The mats can also be combined with other puzzle mats in red/blue or black/red that have the same puzzle edges, making them flexibly usable in various training environments.

Please note: New puzzle mats may be difficult to connect to existing mats. This is because the older mats may have stretched through use and become thinner or larger as a result.
